Native Mass Spectrometry & Ion-Mobility Mass Spectrometry
Expanding the use of native mass spectrometry (nMS) to heterogeneous and high mass analytes, Orbitrap-based charge detection mass spectrometry (CDMS) is used through the commercially available DMT on a Thermofisher UHMR mass spectrometer. CDMS is being utilized to study aggregate formation of transthyretin by investigating oligomer formation.
